Barun Sobti is an Indian TV and film actor who is popularly
known for his role as Arnav Singh Raizada in Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon ? which
was aired on Star Plus. Sobti was featured in main male lead as an arrogant
business tycoon opposite popular actress Sanaya Irani.
Sobti made his acting debut with Shraddha of Star Plus in
2009 as Swayam Khurana. Later, he was featured in Baat Hamari Pakki Hai as
Shravan Jaiswal and the show was aired on Sony TV. Sobti was also featured in “Tanhaiyaan”,
original series of Hotstar. He was portrayed as Haider Ali Khan, opposite
popular actress Surbhi Jyoti in Tanhaaiyan. His role was so much much
appreciated in Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon? And on audience demand, the 3rd
Sequel to the show was aired on Star Plus in 2017.
